**About Us**

We are a performance-driven agency focused on generating qualified leads and booking sales calls for premium offers across coaching, digital services, SaaS, and other industries. We’re looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to own and scale our outbound efforts on LinkedIn.

**Role Overview**

As our LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, your core responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert ideal prospects into qualified leads through thoughtful, strategic LinkedIn messaging. You'll use LinkedIn tools and outreach frameworks to build meaningful conversations that result in booked calls for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use LinkedIn (especially Sales Navigator) to identify and connect with ideal prospects
- Execute daily outbound messaging using proven outreach scripts and frameworks
- Personalize connection requests and follow-ups to maximize response rates
- Qualify leads through conversation and hand over SQLs to the closers
- Track all conversations, lead statuses, and outcomes in CRM or Google Sheets
- Book 10-15+ qualified calls per month via non-spammy, value-driven messages
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and script angles
- Provide weekly reports on performance, challenges, and learnings

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in LinkedIn outbound outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Deep understanding of how social selling works and how to generate replies
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools (Dripify, PhantomBuster, etc.), and CRM tools
- Excellent written English with a flair for personalization and rapport-building
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-industry environments (coaching, SaaS, agencies, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and hit daily outreach KPIs

**Bonus If You Have**
- Experience booking 20+ sales calls/month through LinkedIn alone
- Created or managed a script bank for outreach
- Familiarity with A/B testing scripts or LinkedIn automation tools
- Copywriting experience for DMs, follow-ups, or personalized first lines
