About the Role:
We’re looking for proactive and progressive individuals to join our team as Marketing & Networking Interns. If you have an engineering background and are curious about the intersection of technology, networking, and business growth, this is the perfect opportunity to leverage and add to your skills in a new and exciting way.

Your role will involve harnessing the power of socializing on social media (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn) to expand our network, identify key opportunities, prospects and establish valuable connections within the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Strategic Networking: Actively identify and engage with potential partners, clients, and industry experts in the Fire Safety, MEP, HVAC, and related sectors.
- Community Building: Cultivate relationships with professionals to create a thriving network, positioning GoIgnis as a go-to name in the field.
- Thought Leadership Engagement: Spot trending topics and influential voices, connecting with relevant content to elevate GoIgnis’ online presence.
- Opportunity Discovery: Scout for events, groups, and discussions where our expertise can make an impact, ensuring we’re always in the right places.
- Outreach Optimization: Utilize data insights and logical approaches to refine messaging and expand our reach with precision.
- Value-Driven Interactions: Engage with contacts in a way that fosters authentic relationships, offering value rather than just promoting services.

The Skills We’re Looking For:

- Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Communication Pro: Adept at crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences and spark meaningful conversations.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple outreach efforts, track connections, and keep things running smoothly.
- Tech Enthusiast: Comfortable with online tools, databases, and digital networking platforms. Experience with LinkedIn is a major must.
- Self-Starter: You’re motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice-to-Have: m
- Prior experience in professional networking, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with engineering or construction industries.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and outreach metrics.
