About The Team
Ivanti's Finance organization plays a pivotal role in maintaining the fiduciary duty of the business while also being a valued business partner for the company. What You Will Be Doing
- Process and coordinate monthly payroll inputs
- Liaise with Local Service Providers for payroll preparation and delivery
- Analyze and review payroll output for quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with reporting obligations and audits
- Timely payment of employees
- Assist with month-end payroll journals and reconciliations
- Complete payroll and benefit reporting in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships to support HR function
**To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have**
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of Experience
. Excellent **Excel**Knowledge and should have experience in I**nternational Payrolls(India, EMEA, and APAC)**
- Experience processing payroll in an international multinational environment
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to manage competing responsibilities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Global team dynamics experience
- Knowledge of payroll-related matters
- Ability to handle employee payroll queries
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
**Roadmap for Success**
- **First 90 Days**:
- Complete onboarding process and become familiar with Ivanti's payroll systems and procedures
- Liaise with Local Service Providers to understand payroll processes and build strong relationships
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly payroll inputs
- Learn and understand local reporting obligations
- Handle employee payroll queries and provide accurate and timely resolution
- Begin developing control documentation, process flows, and procedures for payroll activities
- **First 6 Months**:
- Take ownership of the monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and review the quality of output from Local Service Providers, providing feedback for improvement
- Work with the Accounting Team to prepare month-end payroll journals, accruals, and reconciliations
- Manage payroll-related projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and efficiency
- Continue to build and maintain relationships to support the International HR function
- Stay updated on payroll-related matters, including benefit plans, and provide guidance to employees
- **First 12 Months**:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations in an International Multinational environment
- Ensure all monthly and annual payroll and benefit reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Lead the coordination and preparation of monthly payroll inputs, taking full ownership of the process
- Continuously improve payroll processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing solutions
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Payroll Department and support Ivanti's mission to elevate Everywhere Work
