Payroll Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to assist with the processing and administration of payroll activities for our employees. You will ensure accurate and timely payment while maintaining compliance with legal and company policies.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and process payroll data accurately and on schedule.
  • Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll audits and compliance checks.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll coordination or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Basic Excel skills for data management (preferred).
