**What You’ll Do**
- Call mandi buyers pan-India and explain our model clearly and confidently
- Take orders, close deals, and execute transactions end-to-end
- Explain how we add value to their business with real numbers and proof
- Follow up to build strong, long-term relationships
- Build deep networks with mandi buyers, traders, and market influencers
- Travel pan-India - understand markets, meet people, and build networks
- Work with tech and ops teams to build products solving ground problems
- Hustle daily - field work, calls, meetings, strategy
- Build OneRoot’s presence as a trusted partner across Bharat
- Think and act like a founder - your success is the company's success
