
Business Development Officer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales and marketing initiatives in the dairy equipment segment. This role involves managing dealer networks, conducting product demonstrations, and expanding business opportunities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell industrial and dairy equipment in B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, government bodies, private dairies, and key accounts.
- Provide technical product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in executing regional business strategies.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territories.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Graduation or Diploma in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).
- Preferred: PGDM or MBA in Marketing/Sales/Operations.
Experience:
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Preference for candidates with experience in:
- Dairy industry
- Sales or service of milk analyzers or dairy equipment
Languages:
- English
- Telugu
- Hindi (basic communication)
Age:
- 23 to 40 years
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
