**Overview**:
Spinnaker Analytics is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Research Associate Intern. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring researchers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The Research Associate Intern will work closely with our research team to support various projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting literature reviews and gathering relevant research materials.
- Collect and analyze data using qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
- Support in the design and implementation of research studies and experiments.
- Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team meetings to generate new research ideas.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot research-related issues and challenges.
- Maintain organized records of research data, protocols, and documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant literature, methodologies, and advancements in the field.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance research skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the research team or supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in research, either through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities, is preferred but not required.
- Good Knowledge of using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and/or qualitative analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and willingness to take initiative.
- Demonstrated interest in the research topic or field of study relevant to the internship.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Duration: Internship
- 3 months, 6 months
