**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for **fresh graduates and career switchers** to begin their journey in international business research.
You’ll receive complete training to build strong communication, research, and project-handling skills — preparing you for a future role as a **Project Manager**.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct LinkedIn and online research to identify business professionals and decision-makers.
- Collect, verify, and manage research data with accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews or project discussions between clients and our team.
- Meet daily and monthly outreach targets with support from your team leader.

**Who Can Apply**
- **Education**: B.Com, B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech, MBA, or any graduate with good communication skills.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers and career switchers welcome).
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confidence in international communication
- Strong online research and data-handling ability
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Willingness to work in **US/UK time zones**

**Career Growth Path**
- **0-6 Months**: Learn research, communication & client engagement skills through structured training.
- **After 6 Months**: Eligible for promotion to **Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager**.
- **Within 3-4 Years**: Top performers can grow into **Assistant Vice President (AVP)** roles managing global client accounts.

**Salary & Incentives**
- **Base Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview & skills)
- **Incentives**: Start after securing 5 successful interview appointments per month
- Incentive Range: ₹5,000 - ₹25,000+ (performance-based)
- Consistent top performers are recognized and rewarded every month.

**Work Schedule**
- **For US Projects**: Monday to Friday
- **For UK Projects**: Monday to Saturday
- **Shift Timings**: Evening / Night (as per project region)
- **Location**: Malad (West), Mumbai
