
Personal Assistant

We're seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. As a trusted and integral member of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office, handling a wide range of tasks, from scheduling and correspondence to project coordination and special initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
- Bachelor's degree required.MBA preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
