**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:
Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Preparation & Filing**:
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- **Communication Handling**:
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
Schedule, coordinate, and take notes during meetings. Prepare meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
Handle travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for the management team.
- **Time Management**:
Assist the management team in prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

**Desired Profile**:

- **Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- **Education**:
Any Graduate (Preferred but not mandatory).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
