**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Paper Management**:
- Generate and maintain order papers for all customer orders with accurate details.
- Coordinate with the Business Admin to ensure all customer requirements are accurately recorded in the system.
- Update and track order statuses in the ERP system or designated software.
**Assisting Business Admin**:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Administrator in handling documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other necessary business documents.
- Support in maintaining customer records and follow up on pending tasks.
**Coordination & Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between departments, ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow between teams to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.
**Documentation and Recordkeeping**:
- Maintain proper records of all orders, communications, and interdepartmental activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.
- Assist in updating and maintaining company databases and spreadsheets.
**General Administrative Support**:
- Support office operations and basic facility coordination.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
Timely completion and accuracy of administrative tasks.
Efficiency in maintaining and updating records and databases.
Effective communication and coordination between departments.
Adherence to deadlines for reports and documentation.
Reduction in errors in production-related documents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
