**Job Overview**:
The Operational Executive will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the management team, with a particular focus on drafting, reviewing, and managing official correspondence. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Mail Drafting and Management**:
- Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with the company's tone and style guidelines.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the management team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information required for drafting communications.
- **Project Support**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects as directed by management.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
- **Data Management**:
- Compile and analyze data to support management in decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- **Confidentiality and Compliance**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all communications.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably with experience in supporting senior management.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
