Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
- Managing employee records and maintaining confidentiality of HR-related information.
- Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling communication within the department.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, managing mail, and greeting visitors.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Collaborating with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Compiling and analyzing data to prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), SOP and operational metrics.
- Generating reports to support decision-making processes within the Operations department.
- Creating visually appealing presentations to communicate departmental updates, project progress, and other relevant information.
- Assisting in preparing presentations for meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Be adaptable to changes in tasks and responsibilities as the business

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- I am eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Note: Plant Visit if it Required

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
