Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Field Assistant to join our reputable real estate firm. As a Field Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing client visits, meeting with landlords, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new properties. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around coordinating property tours, establishing relationships with landlords, and facilitating the property listing process.

1. Coordinate Client Visits: Schedule property visits for clients based on their preferences and availability, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service throughout the process.

2. Meet with Landlords: Engage in regular meetings with landlords to discuss property details, negotiate terms, and establish strong working relationships. Address any concerns or issues raised by landlords in a professional and timely manner.

3. Onboard New Properties: Guide landlords through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Assist in gathering property information, including photographs, floor plans, and relevant details.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications or certifications in real estate or property management are desirable.

2. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with property listing management, client interactions, and onboarding processes is advantageous.

3. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and bike to travel to different properties and meet with clients as required.

**Salary**: ₹10,465.08 - ₹34,202.49 per month
