Remote, India FFB Exports Full time

As a Freight Broker at FF Brokerage INC, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the transportation of goods by connecting shippers with carriers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, from negotiating rates to ensuring timely delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**1. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

**2. Carrier Sourcing and Negotiation**:

- Identify and onboard reliable carriers to meet client demand.
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers to maximize profitability.
- Monitor carrier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

**3. Load Management**:

- Coordinate the movement of freight by matching available carriers with customer shipments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and carriers.

**4. Problem Resolution**:

- Proactively identify and resolve transportation issues to minimize disruptions.
- Handle any delays, damages, or other logístical challenges effectively.

**5. Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
