**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets within the Real estate industry sector.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to enhance team performance and skills.
- **Revenue & Target Management**: Set clear sales goals and performance targets for the team. Monitor and track progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Resolve any escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**: Use data and sales analytics tools to monitor team performance, assess sales trends, and adjust tactics to improve efficiency and outcomes. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Use this information to adjust sales strategies, improve product offerings, and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company objectives. Collaborate to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market conditions, and team performance. Use forecasting to guide business decision-making and resource allocation.
- **Budget & Resource Management**: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective sales activities. Make recommendations for investments in training, tools, and technology to enhance sales team performance.
- **Sales Reporting & Administration**: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for senior management.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in the Real estate industry, manufacturing, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, CRM software, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, logistics, and product development.
- **Other**: Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ability to think critically, adapt to changing market conditions, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
