We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving the company’s growth by increasing sales and expanding market presence. If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for building client relationships, and want to contribute to business expansion, this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients, ensuring value propositions are clearly communicated.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Track and report on sales progress, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation and business growth.
- Work closely with the project management or delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
