Tele Sales Executive

**Salary**:

- First Month: ₹4,500 - ₹5,000 (based on completing 4 sale conversions) + Incentives
- From Second Month Onwards: ₹18,500 and above (performance-based incentives)

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuous business growth.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Presentation: Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Availability: Immediate joining required.
