Job Description:
Legitbytes is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in business development, with proven experience using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of online freelancing platforms and sales processes.
- **Attitude**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Shift Timing** - Night
Pay: ₹10,699.44 - ₹40,829.22 per month
