Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with their inquiries regarding pharmacy products and lab test services.
- Provide information on product availability, pricing, and usage instructions.
- Order Management:

- Process customer orders for pharmacy products and schedule lab test appointments.
- Verify and update customer information in the system.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and appointments.
- Follow-Up:

- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm orders and appointments.
- Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure their timely fulfillment.
- Customer Support:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and lab test preparations.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
- Update the customer database with relevant information.
- Sales and Promotion:

- Inform customers about new products, promotions, and special offers.
- Upsell and cross-sell pharmacy products and lab test services.
- Compliance:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience:

- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
- Language:

- Proficiency in [Insert relevant languages] is required.

Working Conditions:

- Work is performed in an office or call center environment.
- Requires extended periods of sitting and talking on the phone.
- May involve working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
