
Tele Caller Executive

As a Tele Caller Executive, you will play a crucial role in the sales and marketing efforts of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, clients, or donors to generate leads, sell products or services, or raise awareness about the organization's initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to a list of potential leads, clients, or customers provided by the organization.
- Introduce the company's products, services, or initiatives in a clear and engaging manner.
- Provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing as needed.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads by asking relevant questions and gauging their interest in the offerings.
- Document lead information accurately in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Set appointments or schedule follow-up calls for sales or field representatives.
3. Sales and Promotion:
- Actively promote and sell the company's products or services to interested prospects.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the organization.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all customer interactions.
- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
5. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Ensure data privacy and comply with data protection regulations when handling customer information.
6. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest product or service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Attend training sessions and product briefings to enhance product knowledge.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activity, leads generated, and sales achieved.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.
8. Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Follow legal and regulatory requirements related to telemarketing and data protection.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
