**Job Title**: Interior and Construction Site Supervisor

**Location**: Hadapsar, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site activities for residential and commercial interior or civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control material usage, inventory, and procurement at the site.
- Handle on-site workforce, assign tasks, and track daily progress.
- Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion of site milestones.
- Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Identify and resolve any technical or execution issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Inspect workmanship and material quality during execution.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely resource availability.
- Conduct site measurements, verify billing quantities, and support billing processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum **3 years** of proven experience in site supervision for interior/execution works.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, civil works, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation tools.
- Ability to handle multiple sites if required.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility to travel to different project locations.
- Experience in turnkey projects is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
