**Job Title**:Site Supervisor

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs or construction.

**Qualifications**: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, Bachelor’s degree (B.E. Civil) preferred but not mandatory
**Location**: Aundh - Ravet BRTS Rd, opposite to Balaji Law college, Ram Nagar, Tathawade, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411033

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site activities, ensuring alignment with design plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with laborers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain daily work logs, labor attendance, and project progress reports.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly in coordination with the project manager or design team.
- Review and interpret architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Oversee installation and finishing work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and client expectations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs or construction.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of site operations, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting tools.
- Capable of managing labor teams and solving on-site problems efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Familiarity with local sourcing and vendor coordination.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and project tracking tools.
- Awareness of building codes and compliance procedures.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
