**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Supervision & Team Management**
- Assign and oversee daily cleaning tasks for housekeeping staff.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

**2. Quality Control & Standards**
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Address guest concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly.
- Implement housekeeping best practices to enhance guest experience.

**3. Inventory & Supplies Management**
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department for stock replenishment.
- Prevent wastage and ensure cost-effective use of materials.

**4. Coordination & Communication**
- Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
- Prepare daily housekeeping reports and staff attendance records.

**5. Training & Development**
- Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and customer service.
- Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, chemicals, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

**Work Environment**:

- Standing and walking for long periods.
- Lifting and moving cleaning supplies and linen.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with high guest interaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
