We are seeking an experienced Facebook/Instagram Ads Expert to collaborate with us in driving targeted traffic and engagement to our educational content on Instagram. As a doctor with a substantial following, we aim to leverage paid advertising to expand our reach and make a greater impact in the medical education space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to promote our educational content.
- Conduct thorough audience research to target the right demographics and interests.
- Create compelling ad creatives and ad copy that align with our brand and messaging.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook and Instagram advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, with a track record of driving engagement and conversions.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ad Manager.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad placements, and ad formats on both platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate effective ad copy and visuals.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the doctor and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
