**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ad Network campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
- Create effective ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategies based on audience insights.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, focusing on metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, audiences, and creatives to maximize performance.
- Analyze data to provide insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
- Manage budgets, adjust bids, and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights on campaigns to key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Ad Network campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta’s advertising platform, targeting options, bidding strategies, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in A/B testing, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to interpret analytics and report on key metrics (ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity in developing ad copy, headlines, and visuals that resonate with the target audience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **2+ years** of experience in Facebook and Instagram Ads management.
- Experience working in various industries or niches.
- Certifications in Facebook/Meta advertising (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,019.99 - ₹40,000.00 per month
