**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads expert with a primary focus on running and optimizing ads on Instagram. You should have a deep understanding of Instagram’s advertising platform and a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve the desired ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Develop strategies to scale successful campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Instagram’s ad platform.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience running ads on Instagram.
- Proven experience working at an advertising agency or with a reputable e-commerce brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram’s ad platform, including audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
