Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial statements and key metrics along with the ability to interpret the impact of financial parameters.

2. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of domestic and international tax laws, regulatory provisions pertaining to Corporate Law, Cross-border regulations, SEBI. Ability to interpret and analyze the required laws and inter-play between such laws while advising clients.

3. Data Collection and Report Preparation: Analyze and sort primary and secondary data, interpret trends across the data and its impact on the entity, prepare detailed reports and memos per the specific requirements of the client that provide insights on the data analyzed.

4. Valuation: Understanding of valuation methodologies and development of valuation models and reports.

5. Client Interaction: Frequent interaction with clients, including CXO’s and Founders/Promoters. Participating in client meetings and understanding the needs and requirements of the client.

6. Client Deliverables: Preparing deliverables capturing implications arrived based on research, in Word, PowerPoint, Excel or E-mail form as required.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely product execution and delivery.

8. Communication: Good communication skills to articulate findings and discuss queries with the client. Ability to present and draft reports and memos effectively.

9. Professional Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Pay: From ₹66,000.00 per month
