The Opportunity.

We are looking for a proven
Manager – Transaction Advisory (Finance & Tax)
to spearhead complex mandates across finance, valuations, due diligence, and tax advisory. With 4–7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will combine technical mastery with the ability to lead teams, shape client strategies, and provide trusted counsel to founders, investors, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Retainerships
  : Provide strategic financial leadership to start-ups, steering budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and investor communications, while embedding strong governance and financial discipline to enable sustainable scale.
• Valuations:
  Lead and oversee valuation mandates for fundraises, secondary transactions, and M&A, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance (Income Tax Act, FEMA, Companies Act), and alignment with broader strategic objectives.
• Due Diligence:
  Direct comprehensive buy-side and sell-side due diligence exercises, guiding teams through financial health assessments, margin and revenue analysis, working capital reviews, and historical performance evaluations to deliver actionable insights.
• Tax Advisory:
  Shape and deliver strategic tax solutions on complex business structures and transactions, including cross-border setups, holding structures, ESOP frameworks, and exit strategies, with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Client Management & Team Leadership:
  Drive client success by nurturing senior stakeholder relationships, leading multiple high-impact engagements, and empowering teams through mentorship, direction, and performance excellence
  .

What We're Looking For

• Chartered Accountant
  with 4–7 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, or start-up finance, with strong exposure to FP&A, fundraises, and complex transactions.
• Deep technical expertise
  in accounting standards, taxation laws, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling, with the ability to adapt and apply knowledge across diverse client situations.
• Proven track record
  of leading client engagements and managing teams, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes within demanding timelines.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  , with the capability to distill complex financial insights into clear, actionable guidance for non-finance audiences.
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
  , comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments and driving impactful results.
• Prior experience partnering with
  start-ups, investors, and scaling businesses
  will be considered a strong advantage.
