**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in Hindi over the phone.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and upsell products when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when assisting customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in **Hindi(**Malayalam

**/*Bengali/Tamil/Gujarati) **& English* with a clear and pleasant voice.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Eligibility**:

- Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduation (**Freshers Most Preferred**)
- Age criteria: 18 To 30 years
