**Job Summary**

To lead, devise and execute Dispatch Planning strategy across India Supply Chain with an objective to minimize freight cost and also ensure product availability at Point of Sale location. The role requires understanding of India Supply chain landscape and inventory management.

**Areas Of Responsibility**
- The role includes driving the dispatch planning process between plant to warehouse to CFA.
- To make necessary changes to dispatch planning strategy as and when required to ensure product availability at all CFAs.
- To drive load optimization, TMS and other relevant projects with an objective to minimize freight cost and streamline the process.
- Collaborate continuously with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehousing, Logistics and CFA teams to ensure the process is on track.
- To work with IT team to generate inventory related dashboards and reports to give actionable insights.
- To work with GST team to save advance tax and GST payment across India market by working.

**Educational Qualification**

Bachelors and Post graduate degree program

**Skills**
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
- Good at Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate and Influence in matrix organization such as Plant Managers, Information technology teams, SC leadership, Finance Teams, Sales Teams to drive improvements
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment, identify critical issues and develop new solutions

**Experience**
