1. Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.

2. Verify all the incoming material according to Invoice and PO.

3. Inspects items as to quality and quantity against freight documents.

4. Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.

5. Counts, weighs, and measures goods received or issued.

6. Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.

7. monitor and maintain inventory levels

8. Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system

9. Strong coordination with team, user departments.

10. Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock.

11. Promote collaboration between other staff members to develop a productive work environment.

12. Prepare and manage store budgets to meet financial objectives

13. Determines items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained.

14. Any other task or work assigned by management.
