**Job Summary**:
The Parts Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the parts department, including receiving, storing, and issuing automotive parts to internal teams and external customers. This role ensures the accuracy of inventory and contributes to high customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming parts and materials.
- Issue parts to service technicians and customers promptly and accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date parts inventory.
- Process parts orders and returns through the system.
- Perform regular stock checks and assist in annual inventory audits.
- Ensure all parts are properly labeled and stored in the correct location.
- Provide price quotes and parts availability to customers and service staff.
- Assist in the preparation of parts displays and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parts department.
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures in the work area.
- Support the Parts Manager in managing supplier relationships and restocking orders.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in automotive or logistics is a plus.
- Prior experience in automotive parts or a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle components and automotive systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts.

**Working Conditions**:

- Workshop and warehouse environment.
- May involve standing for extended periods.
- Use of protective gear may be required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
