1. Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

3. Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring data protection and system integrity. 4. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.

5. Manage and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

6. Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.

7. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of ITrelated issues.

8. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending improvements and implementing innovative solutions.

9. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.

10. Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.

11. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on IT best practices and the effective use of technology resources.

12. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
