**Criteria**

a. 3+ years’ experience in a purchasing role

b. High school diploma/Graduation required

c. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

d. Proven history of effective supply management

e. Excellent Negotiation Skills

**Responsibilities**

1. Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors

2. Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers

3. Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company

4. Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies

5. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.

6. Review inventories and forecast levels of demand for services and products.

7. Produce and maintain all reports.

8. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.

9. Ensure that all invoices are sent to accounts for payment.

10. Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality

11. Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers

12. Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided

13. Undertake value for money reviews of existing contracts and arrangements

14. Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
