**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **goal-driven and dynamic Sales Executive** to join us as a full-time, permanent employee. In this role, you'll be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present product/service offerings to prospective clients and close deals.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that match their goals.
- Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date lead and sales information.
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and handle negotiations.
- Collaborate with the delivery and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and report performance metrics regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sales, customer service, and business development.
- Basic knowledge of technology or software solutions is an advantage.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

There will be 6 month probation period before turning to permanent employee

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
