**Qualifications & Skills**
- Should be a Graduate, enthusiastic to contribute to Generating Sales.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of using MS Excel and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- General Automotive Business & Product Knowledge

- Ensure Hyundai Standard operation procedures are maintained.

**Main Tasks**
- Contact the leads provided from Various Sources like Hyperlocal, Carwale, CarDekho, Internal Database
- Need to perform at least 50 to 80 calls in a day and generate Hot leads.
- Should Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our Vehicles using scripts
- Answer questions about the product Description, Specifications, Features, and Price List.
- Need to understand customer requirements, Analyze and close sales.
- Direct positive prospects to the field sales team.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
**Authority & Organizational Position**
- Reporting to the Showroom Manager - Sales /Digital Sales Manager
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,156.84 per month
