**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing personalized solutions to meet their furniture needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer queries, and provide expert advice on our range of premium furniture products.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and buying habits to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- 2-8 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in furniture sales or a related industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and local language (Marathi) is essential.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of Rs. 22,000 - 28,000 per month, depending on experience.

Incentives based on performance, with a total CTC of upto Rs. 4 lakh per annum.

One day weekly off, with required work on Saturdays and Sundays.

A collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals.
