Location - Peelamedu, Coimbatore

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and integrate innovative approaches into our strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in digital platforms, algorithms, and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, and other digital marketing disciplines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
