**Job Title: Contract & Logistics Coordinator**

**Location**: Bengaluru
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 4-8 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor shipping periods of purchase contracts and ensure accurate shipping instructions are provided to suppliers/agents.
- Track and coordinate the pre-shipment sample approval process.
- Align shipping schedules with suppliers, agents, and buyers while following up on pending shipments.
- Handle shipping challenges such as delays, equipment shortages, and documentation issues.
- Process incoming shipping advice and enter shipment details into the system.
- Prepare and send outgoing shipping advice to buyers and agents.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of shipping documents.
- Coordinate with shipping agencies for Bills of Lading and freight invoices.
- Process freight invoices and book purchase invoices for payment approval.
- Generate and send invoices, covering letters, and required documents for bank/buyer/agent processing.
- Validate and process weight notes from buyers/forwarding agents per European Coffee Contracts.
- Issue final invoices for weight differences (Debit or Credit Notes).
- Coordinate warehousing and sampling instructions for unsold shipments.
- Monitor shipment arrivals, warehouse status, and update records in the system.
- Identify and resolve irregularities such as slack, damaged, or missing goods.
- Manage rejected shipments in coordination with traders and arrange alternative transportation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong business communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel - Intermediate), ERP (Trade & Logistics, Sales & Distribution).
- Knowledge of customer contract processes, tariffs, shipping terminology, and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with agricultural commodities, FMCG business, and global trading.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience in managing carriers, forwarders, and international shipping documentation.
- Work experience in European, Asian, or African markets is preferred.
- Exposure to ERP transactions in physical commodities trading is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
