**Job Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT professionals for various positions within the organization. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting the best talent to fulfill the company’s IT hiring needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and the specific needs for each IT role.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay current on IT industry trends and evolving skill sets to ensure the company is hiring the most qualified talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support internal hiring strategies and improve recruitment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably within the domestic market.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles, such as software developers, system engineers, network administrators, and other technical positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruiting for both contract and permanent IT roles.
- Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in the IT hiring market.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
