**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist with Financial Record Keeping**:
- Help maintain accurate records for vehicle sales, service revenue, and parts inventory.
- Assist with data entry into the dealership’s accounting system.
- Support the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions by recording invoices and processing payments
**Inventory Tracking**:
- Assist in tracking vehicle and parts inventory and ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions.
- Help reconcile physical inventory counts with financial records.
**Support in Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare basic financial reports, such as daily sales reports or monthly reconciliations, under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Help track dealership performance against budget and financial targets.
**Customer and Vendor Payments**:
- Help track customer payments, including loan or lease payments.
- Process vendor payments and assist with vendor communication regarding invoices and payments.
**Compliance and Audit Support**:
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports for audits and tax filings.
- Ensure that all records comply with dealership policies and accounting standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
