**Job Title**: Procurement Sourcing Assistant / Sourcing and Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement and sourcing of goods and services within a specific category or categories. You will be negotiating with vendors, managing costing, overseeing the sourcing and production of items in the category, and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deal with vendors, open accounts with those vendors, look for new vendors.
- Negotiation and managing costing based on the seasonal guidelines.
- Manage the sourcing and production of items in their category to ensure the team’s vision is upheld while achieving business performance objects.
- Will also be expected to approach their role with a high degree of honesty while upholding the brands integrity.
- Develop expertise surrounding sourcing and product development strategies, the production process and cost/pricing target.
- Build a strong relationship with cross-functional teams and vendors to build partnership, achieve goals and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
- Review production statuses and communicate with vendors to ensure the status of production and to meet deliveries on time to service all orders.
- Manage raw materials, color, trim, and fit/spec approvals for category.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 years procurement experience in a sophisticated sourcing environment
- Knowledge of category import restrictions (related quota and safeguards) as well as duty rates
- Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well with ambiguity and long-distance cross-functional teams with understanding of cultural and time zone differences.
- Professional work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Fluent/professional in English language
