**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

Location: Mundra

Industry: Manufacturing

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Experience: 1 to 2 years**

**Qualifications: B.Com**

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders (PO) and process accounting entries.
- Maintain the Inward Register and reconcile Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Prepare debit notes and credit notes.
- Check daily sales transactions, verify them with sales orders (SO), and ensure data accuracy.
- Review and process transport bills and repair-related invoices.
- Organize and file purchase and expense invoices on a monthly basis, including credit card statements.
- Ensure proper control and verification of supplier invoices.
- Record stock consumption and production entries on a monthly basis.
- Prepare export documentation, scan, and send to Head Office (HO) and courier to suppliers.
- Manage supplier payment releases efficiently.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
