**Training Program Development**: Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, tutorials, and training presentations, to support CAD, CAM, CNC, and VMC operations.
- **Instruction**: Deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops for employees, clients, and students on the use of CAD and CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.), CNC machine operation, and VMC programming.
- **Machine Setup & Operation**: Provide practical instruction on setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, VMCs, and other related equipment, ensuring that trainees are confident in their ability to run and troubleshoot machinery.
- **Software Training**: Instruct on the usage of CAD/CAM software for designing parts, creating toolpaths, and generating G-code for CNC/VMC programming.
- **Simulation Training**: Teach trainees how to simulate CNC programs and toolpaths to identify potential issues and optimize performance before machining begins.
- **Troubleshooting**: Help trainees learn how to troubleshoot issues with both software and hardware, including machine calibration, tool wear, and program errors.
- **Safety Protocols**: Educate trainees on safety protocols and best practices in the operation of CNC and VMC machines, including handling tools, operating machinery safely, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- **Customization & Optimization**: Provide guidance on customizing CAM software for specific projects and optimizing CNC/VMC programming to improve part quality and production efficiency.
- **Hands-On Practice**: Supervise trainees in performing real-world tasks on CAD/CAM systems and CNC/VMC machines, offering feedback and support to ensure skill development.
- **Skill Assessment & Evaluation**: Assess trainee progress through tests, practical exercises, and performance evaluations. Offer constructive feedback and recommend further areas for improvement.
- **Industry Updates**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CAD/CAM technology, CNC/VMC machine developments, and industry best practices to ensure that training programs reflect the latest advancements.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and feedback, and report on trainee progress and program effectiveness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
