**Job Title: VMC Programmer**

**Location**: Makrpura vadodara
**Experience**: 3 - 6 years
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Education**: BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **VMC Programming & Machine Operation**:

- Develop and optimize **VMC programs** using **NX CAM/CAD software**.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot **Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)**.
- Ensure machines run efficiently with mínimal downtime.
- **Blueprint Reading & CAD/CAM Proficiency**:

- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing blueprints.
- Create and modify **3D models and tool paths** using **NX CAM or other CAD software**.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure accurate machining processes.
- **Quality Control & Process Improvement**:

- Conduct **first-article inspections** and adjust programming to meet quality standards.
- Optimize machining strategies to improve **cycle times, tool life, and surface finish**.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- **Industry-Specific Expertise**:

- Work on **die and mold manufacturing** processes.
- Ensure adherence to **precision machining requirements** for the die design industry.

**Education & Experience**:

- **BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering** (or equivalent).
- **3 to 6 years** of experience in **VMC programming & operation**.
- Hands-on experience with **NX CAM, CAD software, and G-code programming**.
- Strong knowledge of **tooling, fixture design, and cutting parameters**.
- Experience in **die and mold industry** is preferred.
