As a Medicine Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of medicines within a healthcare facility. We are seeking an empathetic individual who is passionate about optimizing inventory management. Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, minimize wastage, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage medicine inventory to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing wastage and expiry risks.
- Maintain accurate records of medicine inventory using inventory management software or manual tracking systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for inventory replenishment based on consumption trends and clinic needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure medicines in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Implement procedures for managing medicine expiry dates, including rotation of stock and disposal of expired medications.
- Collaborate with Clinic staff and healthcare professionals to optimize inventory management practices.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and procurement activities.
- Keeping the stock arrangement neat and maintaining the cleanliness of the area.

**Requirements**:

- : Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Proficient in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
