**Job Title**: Sales & CRM Executive - Real Estate Operations

**Location**: Doddaballapur, Bangalore Rural

**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Company-Provided Accommodation

**About Us**:
Navitrix Infinity Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate CRM and sales operations company. We provide strategic support to builders and developers, managing their end-to-end CRM and sales functions. We are now hiring a skilled **Sales & CRM Executive** to be deployed at one of our prestigious projects near Doddaballapur.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in and telephonic sales enquiries
- Maintain and manage customer relationships from booking to handover
- Prepare documentation: booking forms, agreements, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and registration teams
- Ensure milestone-based payment collection
- Provide regular updates to clients and handle site visits
- Address client queries and provide resolution within turnaround time

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and CRM
- Good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Willingness to be stationed at the project site in Doddaballapur
- Qualification: Any Graduate
