reservations and bookings, furnishing guests with precise information regarding

room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Online Guest Service Agent oversee the complete online guest journey, from

initial inquiries to post-stay communications, devising strategies to enrich digital

interactions between guests and the hotel.
- Serving as an Online Concierge, you will offer virtual concierge services by

suggesting local attractions, arranging transportation, and providing personalized

information to enhance guests' stays.
- Online Guest Service Agent monitor online reviews and social media channels,

promptly addressing guest concerns to maintain a positive online reputation for

the hotel
- Online Guest Service Agent may collaborate with marketing teams to develop

engaging online content and promotions, attracting new guests and encouraging

repeat bookings through various online avenues.
- Online Guest Services Associates collaborate with the front desk and

housekeeping teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of room
