Job Advertisement**:Guest Relations Executive**

Location: Doddaballapur, Canterbury Castles

Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
- Provide a warm and friendly first impression to create a positive guest experience.
- Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork.
- Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability, with housekeeping to

ensure rooms are prepared for new arrivals.
- Offer concierge services, including providing local area information, arranging

transportation, and making restaurant reservations.
- Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to ensure smooth

communication and resolution of guest needs.
- Manage and fulfill special requests from guests, such as room preferences,

dietary needs, or special occasions
- Assist guests with inquiries, and requests, and provide information about hotel

facilities and services.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and special promotions to enhance the guest

experience and potentially increase revenue.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and

enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Identify VIP guests and repeat visitors, providing personalized attention and

recognition to enhance their loyalty to the hotel.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel emergency procedures and act responsibly in case

of emergencies, ensuring guest safety.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, processing

payments, and maintaining accurate guest records
- Remain calm and composed during challenging situations, such as overbookings

or unexpected events, and find appropriate solutions.
- Be culturally sensitive and respectful to guests from diverse backgrounds,

ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Professional Appearance and Behavior:

- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, reflecting the hotel's standards

and contributing to a positive brand image

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
